Policies

Booking an Appointment. To ensure your desired date and time, we ask that you book your next appointment while at the spa. For group bookings and packages, we ask for 4-5 weeks notice to accommodate your needs. All services and packages require a credit card on file at the time of scheduling to reserve an appointment.

Cancellation Policy. As a courtesy, we ask for 24 hours in advance of a change or cancellation.Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, as well as no shows, will be charged at 100% of the service price.

Tardiness Policy. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, prorated session. For example: if you schedule a 50 minute session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the full hour but will only receive 35 minutes of treatment – including consultation and changing time.

Spa Arrival. We appreciate you arriving on time for your appointment. New clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled service.

Pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy. We will gladly exchange or replace your item. If you need to return a product for any reason, we accept unopened returns up to 30 days with a receipt. In the case of reaction to any of our products, we accept returns of opened items up to 30 days after purchase, as long as the product is at least 75% full.

Packages: We require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit for all spa packages upon booking.

Payment. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
